All guests and visitors must check in at office at time of arrival.
All fees must be paid upon or prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 2:00 PM. There is a $10 fee for early check-in or late check-out. Please notify management if this is required.
Limit 4 guests per RV. additional guests/day visitors are allowed at an additional fee of $5 per person/per day and at approval of management.
Long-term/monthly RVers must have at least 1 person age 50+. Exceptions must be approved by management.
All nightly and weekly rates include electricity. Monthly rates are plus electricity.
$100 electric deposit required upon arrival for monthly guests
Reservations & Cancellations
50% rate of entire reserved stay will be charged upon reservation and the remaining 50% will be due upon arrival.
To receive a full refund of your reservation, a 7+ day cancellation is required. Cancellation of reservation between 7 days and 48 hours will result in a 50% refund of your reservation. Cancellations in less than 48 hours will result in no refund of the reservation fee and the entire fee of the stay will be charged.
RV must be 15 years old or newer. Otherwise, send current pictures for approval, Must be clean and well-kept with no "Hobo Modifications"
